The FT-NMT04 can be upgraded with the FT-SEM-HT04 In-situ SEM High Temperature Module. This module enables heating specimens up to 800°C. It is used in combination with the Microforce Sensing Probe with an integrated tip heater, which provides localized heating of the tip to match the temperature of specimens. This module allows for all of the FT-NMT04 capabilities at temperatures up to 800°C, including: high-resolution and high-repeatability nanoindentation, micro-pillar compression, micro-tensile testing and micro-cantilever fracture testing.
